L'anarchicǝ
The Anarchist – Original Painting of a Visionary Chimpanzee
The Anarchist is a nostalgic work, suspended in time. It portrays a chimpanzee absorbed in reading, perhaps a book on anarchism, lost in a space where reality and symbol intertwine.Around him, thin white threads – hair, cobwebs, or frozen time – envelop his figure like a fragile memory. From the book, or perhaps from his eyes, mysterious drops fall: are they tears, ink, or something in between? Maybe they spark a dormant soul, or maybe they vanish as the last trace of a forgotten study.
This painting is both poetic and powerful: a meditation on time, knowledge, and the fragility of ideals. It merges the animal portrait with a universal metaphor.
👉 A work that questions, moves, and speaks to those who love visionary and symbolic art.
About Primate Collection
An expressive bestiary of apes, instincts, and symbols.
This is dedicated to all those people are good looking and funny and a big sense of humor😜🤣. As a wildlife and urban sketcher artist, I’ve always been fascinated by the expressions of animals. This original painting is part of my Primate Collection, a series of black and white acrylic portraits that explore the emotional depth and symbolic resonance of apes and monkeys.
Inspired by an encounter in the dense jungle, I set out to capture not just the likeness of these magnificent creatures, but their essence. In the stark contrast of black and white, each face becomes a mirror: expressive, introspective, almost human. The eyes hold stories. The features, raw emotion. These portraits challenge the viewer to see beyond species, to feel a connection that transcends the boundary between human and animal.
Every piece is unique, painted by hand, and comes signed on the back with a certificate of authenticity. This artwork is not only a tribute to the primal, instinctual world of our cousins, but a call to empathy, reminding us of our shared origins.
